• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING FEES AND CARRIERS

• Free shipping is available for orders above a certain threshold (please check current campaign limits at checkout).
• Your orders are shipped via our partner carriers with insurance coverage.

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

• Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 24-48 hours for Ankara and neighboring cities, and 2-4 business days for other provinces.
• Unusual weather conditions or carrier peak seasons may affect these estimates.

4. DAMAGED PACKAGES AND INSPECTION

• Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, crushed, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and request a "Damage Assessment Report" from the courier.
• The Company cannot be held responsible for damaged products reported without an official damage report.
